Lessons are digital files, so I can't take them back once they're downloaded. Please look through the preview images and read the description before you buy, and ask me anything first.
I'm a teacher too, so here's when I'll make it right:
- You bought the same thing twice. I'll refund the duplicate.
- You bought a lesson and then want the bundle it's in. Buy the bundle, send me a note, and I'll refund the single lesson.
- A file won't open or something's missing. I'll fix it or send you a new copy. If I can't, I'll refund you.
- The lesson isn't what the listing described. Send me a note and we'll sort it out.
Contact me within 30 days of buying with your name and the email you used at checkout. Refunds usually take a few business days to reach your account.
